Error: no such theme PatternSkinTheme

I can't push to github!

The problem

$ git push origin master
ERROR: Repository not found.
fatal: The remote end hung up unexpectedly

Explanation

The repository was not found on Github.

Solutions

Check that you have created a corresponding repository on http://github.com

If you have created a repository, you may have provided an incorrect URL. To find out what URL you typed when you first did your git remote add, do this:
git config --get remote.origin.url

If the URL is incorrect, you can edit it:
git config --edit

Note that this will put you in vi by default. You can probably change the editor (how?). If not, here's just enough vi: Hitting the "i" key lets you edit. "Esc" stops editing. ":wq" saves (or "writes") and quits; ":q!" quits without saving.
